CHURCH SCHOOL: Sundays at 10:15 am 
No church school December 27 ~  one service at 10 am

for kids
PreKindergarten    A fun curriculum called "We Believe"  helps our little ones learn about God's love.

Explorers (K - 5th)  learn about the Bible and explore faith through stories, drama, games, crafts, experiments and more.

Middle Schoolers are on a  "Bible Quest!"  


Senior Highs use a variety of resources to ask "what does faith mean in my life?"

YOUNG ADULTS
   Post-High School young adults are invited to join us in the Children and Worship room for hanging out and a low-key conversation about themes of faith found in popular culture.
This year we'll be watching and talking about the sci-fi series "Firefly"
 
for anyone:

"Advent Awareness"  
    through December 20.
We are discussing the Advent theme on which our worship services and sermons are focused for each Sunday of the season:
Dec. 13   "JOY"
Dec. 20  "AWE"
    Meet in the conference room.

     "Articulating Faith"  A class on preaching, for those who might be interesting in taking on the challenge of preaching a sermon during the pastors' sabbatical next spring/summer ... or for anyone who would just like to know more about what sermons are for or how to articulate faith.

OTHER ADULT LEARNING OPPORTUNTIES

Faith Book Club
Next meeting:  Tuesday, January 10 at 7 pm in the church library.  We will be discussing The Faith Club: A Muslim, a Christian, a Jew - Three women search for understanding.  The authors are Ranya Idliby, Suzanne Oliver, and Priscilla Warner.
This group meets six times a year and is for anyone interested in reading books that connect with faith.    Bring a friend!
